Ingredients: 1-1/2 cup Crisp rice cerial, coarsely crushed 2 tablespoons Flour, all-purpose 1 teaspoon Salt ¼ teaspoon Thyme, dried ¼ teaspoon Poultry seasoning ¼ cup Butter or margarine, melted 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.) |
Instructions: In shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour & seasonings. Place butter in another bowl. Dip chicken in the butter, then into the cereal mixture. Place in greased baking pan. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake uncovered at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear. |
