Instructions: Sauce: Brown hamburger meat with salt & garlic powder. Sprinkle flour & enchilada sauce. Add water and tomato juice. Let simmer about 30 minutes and set aside. Heat oil in small saucepan. Dip each tortilla in hot oil quickly. Place 1 tbl. meat sauce on each tortilla. Sprinkle each with grated onion and cheddar or longhorn cheese and roll tortillas. Place in 9x13” pan with open side down; pour sauce over top and sprinkle with remainder of grated cheese. Place in 350° oven until cheese is melted (about 30 minutes). |
