Miniature Pecan Pies

Miniature Pecan Pies

Ingredients:
Crust:
1 package (3 oz.) Cream cheese, softened
½ cup Margarine, softened
1 cup Flour, all-purpose
Filling:
1 Egg
¾ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2/3 cup Pecans, chopped
24 Pecan halves

Instructions:
Crust: Blend together and chill. Roll into 2 dozen balls. Place in muffin tins and press middle with thumb to fit pan.
Filling: Beat eggs, sugar, margarine and vanilla. Add chopped pecans. Fill cups and top with 1 pecan half.
Bake in 325 oven for 25 minutes. Let cool in pan.
